Production Workflow

1. Feed the covering paper and apply cold or hot glue.

2. Pass the glued paper through the insulated drying section.

Feeder Paper Loading:

Servo driven mechanical structure ensures the stability and speed of paper feeding. The feeder adopts rear suction, which is compatible with both flat paper and windowed paper. The paper loading is about 680mm high, reducing the number of stops during machine operation.

Positioning Unit:

Equipped with the original photoelectric deviation correction three-point positioning system, combined with the self-developed manipulator motion grabbing and deviation correction structure, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.15mm.

Box Wrapping Part:

The adjustment box mold can be used for different box sizes which is convenient and fast. The box forming mechanism is upgraded to servo drive, which is faster, more stable and easier to adjust.

Bubble Press Dual-station grip:

Grasping is more stable, adopt five side pressing and pushing form for box-out, so that the bubble pressing time is longer and the overall speed is faster.

Base Fitment Assembly:

Spray-type cold glue is applied to the bottom. It is compatible with a wide range of base fitment materials including EPE foam, foam, plastic, etc., ensuring stronger material adhesion and broad material compatibility.

Box Lid Assembly:

Identify the box cover automatically and locate the corresponding position in the box for bonding quickly.

Box Fence Strip Assembly :

Photoelectric detect the position of the box, grab the strip intelligently, put into the corresponding position in the box accurately, complete the action of feeding fence strips smoothly.
