The JG-FMLD780A/1050A is an integrated automatic line for hardcover wrapping, inner lining pasting, metal attachment and finished-case collection. Its defining feature is a 20-megapixel vision positioning system combined with a gantry robot board-handling system. The line is intended for paper-covered board products that require controlled paper-to-board positioning and additional finishing after the outer case has been wrapped.
This page should rank and convert around vision-controlled case and lining production rather than repeat the wording used for the photoelectric B-series. Buyers need to understand when camera-based positioning and robot board handling are relevant to their printed-paper registration and product structure.
1. Feed and glue the printed or unprinted covering paper.
2. Use the vision system to identify the paper position and guide gantry robot board placement.
3. Press and wrap the paper around the arranged board components.
4. Turn the wrapped case over for metal attachment, lining pasting and slot pressing when included in the production recipe.
5. Collect and stack the completed cases.
The camera system reads the covering-paper position and supports controlled alignment of the board layout.
Robot handling works with the vision system during board placement.
The same production line can continue from outer case wrapping to lining and metal attachment.
The intelligent control system manages production and size parameters for the connected units.
The two platforms cover medium and large finished-cover formats without forcing one page to target unrelated machine sizes.
· Printed book-style box covers requiring controlled registration
· Hardcover books, calendars and presentation cases
· Wine, cosmetic, cigarette and electronic-product packaging
· Cases with inner lining paper
· Cases requiring metal parts or additional pressing
· Supply printed-paper artwork or registration information for the vision-positioning evaluation.
· Confirm the number, size and spacing of board pieces in each case.
· Choose the 780 or 1050 platform from the finished-cover and paper size ranges.
· Specify whether lining, metal attachment and slot pressing are required in the standard production route.
Servo-driven mechanical structure to ensure paper feeding stability and paper feeding speed; Equipped with a double-sheet detection function.
Paper loading with 500mm height, reducing the number of downtimes during machine operation.
The hot glue barrel supports intelligent heating and stirring as well as automatic glue concentration adjustment; for cold glue application, an optional intelligent drying unit is available, featuring constant temperature control at 60-80℃ to meet the requirements of different gluing processes.
The board is grabbed by the self-developed gantry manipulator, with visual deviation correction and positioning applied to the paper, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. It adopts blue-white belt conveying, and its dual-image positioning effectively resolves the recognition issue of papers with dark colors or similar shades.
The combination of horizontal mechanical type and vertical belt type packaging ensures that the packaging edges are firm and flat, and the packaging corners are nice.
Adopts a servo-driven 90° flipping mechanism, ensuring more stable connection and more reliable synchronization. The top-suction type panel feeding is used for lining pasting, which effectively prevents scratches and guarantees the aesthetic appearance and qualification rate of finished products.
It can apply 2-3 metal sheets simultaneously. Equipped with visual manipulator positioning, deviation correction and movable cold glue spraying functions, it boasts higher precision.
For lining pasting, adopt self-developed manipulator, which ensures stable grabbing of large-sized products. Combined with visual camera inspection, it achieves a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm.
Automatic turnover, deviation correction and inner slot pressing device; the finished products are bubble-free, which enhances the adhesion between the lining paper and board.
The automatic palletizing system is equipped with two collection modes, which can be switched between direct stacking and alternating positive-negative palletizing with one click. It ensures neat and orderly stacking, facilitates subsequent transportation, and effectively reduces manual labor intensity.

Actual production output can vary with product dimensions, materials, structure, process combination, adhesive behavior and operating conditions.
The A-series uses a 20-megapixel vision positioning system with gantry robot board handling, while the B-series uses photoelectric positioning.
The line is designed as a multifunctional platform. The required process combination should be defined from the customer sample and production route. When certain functions are not needed, the corresponding units can be shut down.
The published rated production speed is up to 35 pieces per minute for both platforms, subject to the product and included finishing operations.
The published positioning accuracy is +/-0.10 mm.
