The JG-FM780A is an automatic case making machine built around a 20-megapixel vision positioning system and gantry robot board handling. It automates paper feeding, gluing, board placement, correction, wrapping and collection for medium-format hardcovers and rigid packaging cases.
1. Feed and glue the covering paper.
2. Capture the paper position through the vision system.
3. Use the gantry robot to place one to five board pieces according to the layout.
4. Correction and mechanically wrap the case short side edges and corners.
5. Collect the finished cases.
The camera-based system provides the reference used for board placement.
The robot works with the vision system to pick and position boards.
Production and size parameters are managed through the industrial control system.
A cam-driven structure completes short side edge and corner wrapping.
This page should target buyers comparing vision positioning with photoelectric positioning, not repeat the FM780B page.
· Printed book-style box covers
· Hardcover books and premium albums

· Cases requiring controlled printed-paper registration
Servo-driven mechanical structure to ensure paper feeding stability and paper feeding speed; Equipped with a double-sheet detection function.
Paper loading with 500mm height, reducing the number of downtimes during machine operation.
The hot glue barrel supports intelligent heating and stirring as well as automatic glue concentration adjustment; for cold glue application, an optional intelligent drying unit is available, featuring constant temperature control at 60-80℃ to meet the requirements of different gluing processes.
The board is grabbed by the self-developed gantry manipulator, with visual deviation correction and positioning applied to the paper, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm. It adopts blue-white belt conveying, and its dual-image positioning effectively resolves the recognition issue of papers with dark colors or similar shades.
The combination of horizontal mechanical type and vertical belt type packaging ensures that the packaging edges are firm and flat, and the packaging corners are nice.
The inclined collector enables convenient finished products collection.

The official page describes a 20-megapixel vision positioning system.
A gantry robot grabbing system works with the vision system during board positioning.
The current page states 780 x 450 mm.
The published rated speed is up to 35 pieces per minute.
It is particularly relevant when board placement must relate to printed-paper position or other visible registration references.
