JG-FM700 Fully Automatic Case Making Machine

The JG-FM700 is a smaller-format automatic case making machine for hardcover and rigid packaging cases. It combines paper feeding, gluing, photoelectric board positioning, correction, wrapping and collection. Compared with the FM780 and FM1050 platforms, the FM700 serves a narrower cover-width range and occupies less floor space.

Production Workflow

1. Feed paper from 120 x 260 mm up to 420 x 740 mm.

2. Apply glue and position one to five board pieces using photoelectric correction.

3. Fold the paper around the arranged boards.

4. Complete edge and corner wrapping.

5. Collect the finished cases.
