    Our 60,000 sqm intelligent factory is equipped with 10+ machining centers (including 3 Japan Okuma gantry systems) and 50+ precision tools. With a team of over 100 employees, we have laid a solid hardware foundation for production.

    All core components are self-processed, ensuring machine quality from the source. The production workshop adopts ERP management and holds ISO9001 certification, implementing standardized control over the entire production process to guarantee zero-defect production.​​​​​​​

Strictly complying with the ISO9001 quality management system specifications, the production workshop adopts full-process ERP management, realizing traceable production data and standardized operation links, and laying a solid institutional foundation for quality control.
 
Independent Control of Core Links
 
All core components are self-processed in-house. From raw material selection, processing technology to precision control, the entire process is fully controllable, fundamentally avoiding quality fluctuation risks caused by outsourced processing.
 
Professional Inspection Involvement in Full Process
 
An independent professional inspection department is set up, deeply involved in key production nodes:
 Incoming Raw Material Inspection: Conduct precision and performance tests on core incoming materials such as steel and motors; non-conforming products are strictly prohibited from entering the production process;
In-Process Patrol Inspection & First Piece Inspection: Complete precision calibration and testing of the first piece before each batch production; conduct regular patrol inspections during production to promptly identify process deviations;
​​​​​​​ Final Finished Product Inspection: Conduct full-item tests on assembled equipment, including no-load operation, precision testing, durability simulation, etc., to ensure zero defects of ex-factory equipment.
