The JG-FM1050 is a large-format automatic case making machine for paper-covered board products with finished cover sizes up to 1050 x 600 mm. It automates paper feeding, gluing, board positioning, correction, wrapping and collection. The machine uses photoelectric correction, servo-assisted size settings and a cam-driven mechanical wrapping structure.
1. Feed and glue covering paper up to the published 1090 x 640 mm maximum.
2. Position one to five board pieces on the glued paper using photoelectric correction.
3. Press the board and paper assembly.
4. Wrap the long edges by belt and short edges and form the corners mechanically.
5. Collect the finished large-format cases.
The maximum finished cover is 1050 x 600 mm, making size capacity the primary reason to select this model.
The technical table states support for one to five board pieces.
The positioning method supports paper and board correction during placement.
Product size data can be entered through the control system for servo adjustment.
The cam-driven wrapping structure completes short sides edge and corner wrapping after positioning.

The hot glue barrel supports intelligent heating and stirring as well as automatic glue concentration adjustment; for cold glue application, an optional intelligent drying unit is available, featuring constant temperature control at 60-80℃ to meet the requirements of different gluing processes.
Advanced laser photoelectric identification system, to ensure ±0.10mm positioning accuracy and 35pcs/min speed.
The combination of horizontal mechanical type and vertical belt type packaging ensures that the packaging edges are firm and flat, and the packaging corners are nice.
The inclined collector enables convenient finished products collection.
