The JG-FM780B is a fully automatic case making machine for medium-format hardcovers, book-style box covers and other paper-covered board products. It integrates paper feeding, gluing, photoelectric board positioning, correction, wrapping and collection. Its published working range covers finished cases from 190 x 90 mm to 780 x 450 mm.
1. Automatically feed and glue the covering paper.
2. Position one to five board pieces using the photoelectric correction system.
3. Correction the paper and board assembly.
4. Complete mechanical short side edge and corner wrapping.
5. Collect the finished cases.
The B model uses photoelectric correction and positioning rather than the 20-megapixel vision system fitted to the A model.
Servo-controlled units support production and size-parameter settings.
The published table supports one to five board pieces for different case structures.
Mechanical edge wrapping supports tight turn-ins and formed corners.
The 780 platform balances a 780 x 450 mm maximum finished cover with a smaller footprint than the 1050 model.
· Book-style rigid box covers
· Hardcover books and albums
· Wine, cosmetic and electronics packaging cases
· Calendars
· Multi-board presentation cases
· Confirm that paper and finished-cover dimensions fall within the 780 range.
· Provide the board quantity, spacing and registration requirements.
· Compare the photoelectric FM780B with the vision-positioning FM780A using actual printed-paper samples.
· Check paper, board, adhesive and corner quality in a continuous sample run.
Servo-driven mechanical structure to ensure paper feeding stability and paper feeding speed; Equipped with a double-sheet detection function.
Paper loading with 500mm height, reducing the number of downtimes during machine operation.
The hot glue barrel supports intelligent heating and stirring as well as automatic glue concentration adjustment; for cold glue application, an optional intelligent drying unit is available, featuring constant temperature control at 60-80℃ to meet the requirements of different gluing processes.
Advanced laser photoelectric identification system, to ensure ±0.10mm positioning accuracy and 35pcs/min speed.
The combination of horizontal mechanical type and vertical belt type packaging ensures that the packaging edges are firm and flat, and the packaging corners are nice.
The inclined collector enables convenient finished products collection.
