JG-H420 Automatic Ribbon & Lining machine

The JG-H420 is a specialized automatic machine for assembling ribbon, plastic vacuum-formed inserts and paper lining in wine-box lids. It combines lid feeding, ribbon pasting, hot-glue application, plastic-piece feeding and placement, lining positioning and pasting, bubble pressing, hot-air conveying and re-pressing.

Production Workflow

1. Feed and convey the prepared wine-box lid.

2. Apply and paste the ribbon at the specified position.

3. Feed, pick and attach the plastic vacuum-formed insert.

4. Take out, position, glue and paste the paper lining.

5. Complete bubble pressing, hot-air conveying and final re-pressing.
