The JG-CT200A is an automatic forming machine for drawer-box components used in cosmetics, jewelry, electronics, gifts and other premium packaging. It combines paper feeding, gluing, drying, vision-guided positioning, correction, , box forming and bubble pressing. Its maximum published product height is 200 mm.
1. Feed and glue the covering paper.
2. Stabilize the adhesive through the drying section.
3. Use the 20-megapixel vision system and robot arm for positioning and handling.
4. Fold and form the drawer-box component with the selected mold.
5. Bubble-press the formed product and discharge it .
The machine is designed for rigid drawer-box components rather than general folding cartons.
The 20-megapixel camera system works with robotic handling.
The gluing system is described as compatible with both adhesive types.
Servo motion and sensors support operation and troubleshooting.
The CT200A addresses drawer-box components within a 200 mm maximum-height range.
· Cosmetic drawer boxes
· Perfume boxes
· Jewelry packaging
· Electronic-product boxes
· Premium gift boxes
· Food and specialty packaging with a rigid tray and sleeve
Servo-driven mechanical structure to ensure paper feeding stability and paper feeding speed.
Adopt 20 million pixel visual positioning and gantry manipulator grasping system, to ensure ±0.15mm positioning accuracy and 18-25 pcs/min speed.
Before the paper enters the forming part, adjust the position to ensure a firmer wrapping.
The box forming mechanism is upgraded to servo drive, which is faster, more stable and easier to adjust.
Grasping is more stable, adopt five side pressing and pushing form for box-out, so that the bubble pressing time is longer and the overall speed is faster.
