The JG-CT260 is a fully automatic forming machine for drawer-box . It integrates paper feeding, gluing, drying, vision-guided positioning, correction, box forming and bubble pressing. Its published maximum height is 260 mm and with adjustable mold., which should be the page's main differentiator from the CT200A platform.
1. Feed and glue the covering paper, then pass it through the drying system.
2. Use the 20-megapixel vision system and robot arm to position the board
3. Fold and form the deep box with the adjustable mold.
4. Complete bubble pressing and transfer the finished product out of the line.
The CT260 is designed for taller drawer-box formats than the CT200A.
A 20-megapixel vision system works with robot handling during positioning.
The gluing system is described as suitable for both cold glue and hot glue.
The adjustable mold supports size changes within the confirmed range.
Servo motion control and fault-diagnosis sensors support machine setup and operation.
· Tall drawer boxes
· Perfume boxes
· Sleeve boxes
· cosmetic packaging boxes
· Wine and spirits drawer-style packaging
· Jewelry and premium gift boxes
· Electronic-product boxes
Servo-driven mechanical structure to ensure paper feeding stability and paper feeding speed.
Adopt 20 million pixel visual positioning and gantry manipulator grasping system, to ensure ±0.15mm positioning accuracy and 18-25 pcs/min speed.
Before the paper enters the forming part, adjust the position to ensure a firmer wrapping.
The box forming mechanism is upgraded to servo drive, which is faster, more stable and easier to adjust.
Grasping is more stable, adopt five side pressing and pushing form for box-out, so that the bubble pressing time is longer and the overall speed is faster.

· Use the CT260 when the required box height exceeds the CT200A range but remains within 260 mm.
· Submit the inner tray and sleeve relationship for a drawer-box fit review.
· Provide actual paper, board and adhesive for forming and bubble-press tests.
· Check dimensional consistency, wall squareness, surface bubbles and drawer fit.
It enables 20-60% material savings with higher material utilization than traditional rigid boxes.
