JG-WK1000/1200 Automatic Book-Style Box Forming Machine

The JG-WK1000/1200 is an automatic forming platform for book-style rigid boxes. It coordinates paper feeding, gluing, magnet positioning, board positioning, box forming and bubble pressing. Two models cover different maximum box sizes while sharing the same minimum box size and production-speed range.

Production Workflow

1. Feed and glue the covering paper, then stabilize the glued sheet.

2. Position the magnet components .

3. Position and paste the board using photoelectric correction.

4. Form the book-style box structure.

5. Turn the product 90 degrees and complete bubble pressing before discharge.

Box Wrapping Part:

The box forming mechanism is upgraded to servo drive, which is faster, more stable and easier to adjust.

Bubble Press Unit:

Grasping is more stable, adopt five side pressing and pushing form for box-out, so that the bubble pressing time is longer and the overall speed is faster.
