ZJ1000-12 Semi-Automatic Flatbed Grooving Machine

The ZJ1000-12 is a semi-automatic flatbed grooving machine for paperboard, cardboard, MDF and irregularly shaped board used in rigid boxes, hardcovers and luxury packaging. It supports a maximum board size of 650 x 1000 mm, a 12-groove configuration and a published speed of 15-25 pieces per minute. PLC control, servo drives and an included cutter grinder support setup and maintenance.

Production Workflow

1. Load the board according to the semi-automatic operating procedure.

2. Set the groove spacing and production parameters.

3. Feed and position the board for one or multiple groove cuts.

4. Groove paperboard, cardboard or MDF using the configured cutters.

5. Inspect the processed board before folding or conversion.
